Fellowship Raleigh

A distinctive of Fellowship Raleigh is Team Leadership. By this we mean that we desire to build the church around a team of elders, pastors, teachers, and staff who serve and lead in their area of greatest gifting and skill.

	Matt Schoolfield / Lead & Teaching Pastor matt@fellowshipraleigh.org Matt and Kristin Schoolfield are most recently from Chicago where they met, married, and both completed seminary at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. They have two wonderful daughters nameded Abigail and Claire. Matt is originally from Tallahassee, Florida and attended Florida State University. In seminary God gave the Schoolfields a desire to plant a new church that proclaims and demonstrates the Gospel in a city with a university setting. Matt serves Fellowship Raleigh by providing overall visionary leadership, and preaching and teaching the Bible.
	Dan Ellis / Director of Connections dan@fellowshipraleigh.org Dan is a Raleigh native and a graduate of Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. He serves Fellowship Raleigh by facilitating visitor care and helps new or unconnected people partner with the life and mission of the body of Christ at Fellowship Raleigh.
	Kevin Thompson / Worship Leader kevin@fellowshipraleigh.org Kevin and his wife Denise join Fellowship Raleigh most recently from New York. Kevin serves Fellowship Raleigh through leading the team of musicians who help us lift high the name of Jesus Christ in song on Sunday mornings. Kevin and Denise are proud parents to four children, Brittany, Malarie, Zoe and Logan. They have also been blessed with one granddaughter named Adaleen. Kevin has a passion to see people respond to the grace and mercy of God through worship.
	David Weischedel / Worship Leader david@fellowshipraleigh.org David serves Fellowship Raleigh through leading the team of musicians who help us lift high the name of Jesus Christ in song on Sunday mornings. David has a passion for giving new life to old hymns and songs of the faith. Both David and his wife Lauren graduated from UNC-Pembroke.
	Jay Huh / Pastoral Intern jay@fellowshipraleigh.org Jay is a pastoral intern at Fellowship Raleigh and is passionate about growing healthy churches. He was born in Korea and moved to the United States when he was 5 years old. Jay is currently a seminary student at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary where he is pursuing his Masters in Divinity.

The Advisory Board
Serving Fellowship Raleigh in an "Elder capacity", the Advisory Board provides prayer, advice, encouragement, and accountability while the local leadership structure takes shape.
